The base bidding budget for the project drafted by Antea Group Spain amounts to 5,6 million euros.

Patrimonio Nacional, through the Mercantile State Company of Real Estate Management of Heritage (SEGIPSA), has started the bidding process for the works to improve the energy efficiency of the fifth floor of the Royal Palace of Madrid, whose project has been contracted to the Consortium formed by Antea Group Spain and Applus. The base budget for the project is 5.6 million euros.

The project, financed with funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, will increase energy savings on the fifth floor of the Royal Palace by more than 30%. It includes, among other actions, the modernization of the lighting and air conditioning systems.

In addition to the modernization of the facilities, the renovation work on the fifth floor includes the improvement of the insulation and the renovation of the lead roof, preserving the historical and heritage values of the building throughout the process.
