The road concession is 310 km long and is the first infrastructure concession of the Colombian government's Fifth Generation concession program.

Cauca Valley (Colombia)

The project, structured for the Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI) by Antea Group Colombia and Bonus Banca de Inversión, was awarded in May 2021 and in September 2022 reached the financial closing milestone that secured the resources for the construction phase. This is a 310 km road concession and the sponsors are Patria and Grupo Mercantil Colpatria.

The Cali and Palmira Access Corridor was the first infrastructure concession of the Colombian Government's Fifth Generation concession program. Antea Group Colombia developed the structuring of this PPP and the recently awarded Buenaventura - Buga, both in Cauca Valley and with a strong impact on regional logistics and international cargo trade. It also marks the generational change of the concession program, accumulating the lessons learned from Antea Group Colombia's previous experiences in the Fourth Generation of concessions and in other concession programs in Latin America in the last decade.
