This complex, which covers more than 50.000 m2 and is located next to the future Chalco Terminal Station, will play a crucial role in the maintenance and protection of the trolleybuses that will serve the eastern part of the Valley of Mexico.

Mexico City (Mexico).

The infrastructure is divided into two main areas. The first, with an area of 10.700 m2, will be dedicated to the maintenance of the trolleybuses, the administration of resources and sustainable services, the safekeeping of the units and the storage of special materials. The second area, with more than 40.000 m2, will be used for parking and maneuvering more than two hundred trolleybus units, which will operate on the Chalco-Santa Martha line, improving mobility in the eastern part of the Valley of Mexico.

Construction is currently at seventy-five percent complete, including the building and paving of the platforms. The project has faced significant technical challenges due to its location in a lake area, making deep foundation work necessary.

Since 2021 Antea Group Mexico has supervised, in consortium with ORVA Ingeniería, the executive project and the construction of this transportation infrastructure, contributing its experience in multidisciplinary projects that promote social development and sustainability.
