The project includes 30.000 photovoltaic panels with an investment of 9,4 million euros.
Aeropuertos Españoles y Navegación Aérea (AENA) has requested prior administrative authorization for the construction of a solar park at Reus airport, designed by Antea Group.
The solar plant will be equipped with 30,000 fixed structure photovoltaic solar panels and five inverters, among others, which will generate a power of 12,5 MW.
The Antea Group - Gesnaer - Ercam consortium has drawn up the engineering project for the solar plant and the evacuation infrastructure, consisting of 25 kV underground lines and another 110 kV high voltage underground line along 4,7 kilometers to a substation.
The project will involve a total investment of more than 9,4 million euros.
