The UN's new Sustainable Development Goal number 9 indicates that the pace of growth and urbanization is generating the need for new investments in sustainable infrastructures that will allow cities to be more resistant to climate change and boost economic growth and social stability.
In this sense, the National Congress on Environment and Roads will bring together in Gijón representatives of the main players in the field of environment and infrastructure, with the aim of addressing this issue in detail.
