The road concession will have a duration of 30 years with an estimated investment of 190 million dollars

The Sistema de Autopistas, Aeropuertos, Servicios Conexos y Auxiliares del Estado de México (SAASCAEM), after an international public bidding process, awarded the consortium formed by Bosque Real Tu Casa S.A. de C.V., Conjunto Urbano Cima del Bosque, S.A.P.I. de C.V., Gami, Ingeniería e Instalaciones S.A. de C.V., and Consorcio de Ingenieros Constructores y Consultores S.A. de C.V., the concession contract to execute the design, construction, operation, maintenance, conservation and exploitation of a road infrastructure called Vialidad Poniente.

Antea Group provided technical advisory services to SAASCAEM during the entire bidding process, participating in the review of the bidding conditions, in the clarification meetings, in the evaluation of the proposals and in the preparation of the technical opinions prior to the awarding of the bid.

This controlled access highway will be approximately 2.1 km long, with two lanes in each direction, and will connect the Chamapa - La Venta highway with the Toluca - Naucalpan highway. In addition, two toll-free roads will be built: the first, approximately 3.40 km long, will connect the road parallel to the Chamapa - La Venta highway with the Mexico-Huixquilucan highway and the Viaduct la Unidad; the second, approximately 1.30 km long, will interconnect the Mexico-Huixquilucan highway and the Boulevard Bosque Real road.

The concession contract will have a duration of 30 years, with an estimated investment of 190 million dollars, and the main source of payment will be the toll fees collected by the concessionaire through an exclusive interoperable electronic toll collection system on the highway.
